About Me

Executive Chef | Culinary Educator | Hospitality Consultant

Over 25 years of international experience in the Food & Beverage industry | Proven track record in concept creation, operational excellence, and team leadership

My story begins in the heart of a kitchen more than 25 years ago. From my earliest days as a commis at Auberge de Faqra (Relais & Châteaux), I knew that the kitchen wasn’t just a workplace—it was where creativity, discipline, and passion came together to tell unforgettable stories through food.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: Executive Chef at five-star hotels, Head Chef in healthcare settings, and most recently, Corporate Chef leading cloud kitchen operations across multiple brands at Royal Gourmet (NBL Group). Each role sharpened my skills and deepened my understanding of what food truly means—to nourish, to comfort, and to connect.

I’ve been fortunate to share this knowledge as a university instructor at USJ and LAU, helping shape the next generation of chefs. I’ve also had the privilege of opening celebrated restaurants across Lebanon, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, bringing diverse culinary visions to life.

Whether I’m preparing a delicate French pastry, reinventing a traditional Arabic dish, or appearing on television during Ramadan, my goal is always the same: to elevate every bite into a meaningful experience.

Food has taken me on an incredible journey—from hospital kitchens to luxury resorts, from fast-paced cloud kitchens to quiet moments teaching students the fundamentals of flavor. It’s more than a career—it’s a lifelong passion that continues to inspire me every single day.
